Q. What does a celebrant do?
A.In Australia, Commonwealth Registered Marriage Celebrants can legally marry two people in a civil ceremony. Celebrants will work with engaged couples to capture their story, write their ceremony script and re-tell their story on their wedding day, while ensuring all legal requirements are being met for the marriage to be legalised. Celebrants can write and re-tell other stories too for ceremonies such as Funerals and Vow Renewals, that are unforgettable, personalised and meaningful.
NOTE only authorised religious marriage celebrants, priests or ministers can perform ceremonies aligned with their own religious beliefs.
Q. Where can you marry us?
A.Anywhere is a possibility. I can officiate your ceremony at home; in a garden; by a river or the ocean; on an island or a boat; under the stars or at dawn.
Being mindful of your ceremony’s location will add even more meaning for you and the people you will share it with.

Q. What other services do you offer?
A.MC services for receptions, long lunches, pre and post-wedding day celebrations such as hen’s days, baby showers and rehearsal dinners.

Q. What are non-religious ceremonies?
A.These are the ceremonies I can perform for you. The non-religious ceremonies have specific meaning and purpose but doesn’t have a religious component or references attached to the ceremony.
Q. What do you officiate?
A.Weddings, Commitment Ceremonies, Naming Days and Renewal of Vows. Also ceremonies that have a depth only time understands such as Uncoupling Ceremonies, Funerals and Memorials.
